Currently being pursued in an international manhunt, the vigilante known as Soldier: 76 is on a personal vendetta to uncover the truth behind Overwatch's downfall.
Soldier: 76 has come to public attention through a series of attacks around the world targeting financial institutions, shadowy organizations, and secure Overwatch centers. While the rest of the world doesn't understand his intentions, some say he's a former Overwatch operative, determined to shed light on the conspiracy that destroyed the organization.
Although his identity remains a mystery, he is rumored to be a former member of the American "soldier enhancement program". He possesses physical abilities that surpass those of other soldiers, as well as other enhancements that make him an outstanding fighter. In addition, he uses a state-of-the-art arsenal, much of it stolen from Overwatch expeditions.
In his frantic quest to find the people responsible for the downfall of Overwatch, Soldier: 76 will do anything to bring them to justice.
